Yancy Forums’ success is based on a proprietary process which consists of moderated peer interaction via a 2.5 day Retreat and a series of monthly sessions over the course of a year. The process contains a Five-Stage-Journey, moving members from Strangers, to Peers, to Collaborators, to Advocates, to Bonded.
